Our intercoolers use a powder coated finish for superior corrosion resistance to bare aluminum, especially in front of cars where rain and dirt are blown into the intercooler with pressure and velocity.
Our intercoolers use cast aluminum end caps, which are slightly more expensive but offer rounded shapes for better airflow. Cast aluminum end caps offer the best results in terms of airflow and reliability. Each end cap is TIG welded to the intercooler core.
