A: If it is custom products, mold cost will be charged base on the actual design. Return policy also depends on the quantity of our cooperation. If your continuous orders can meet our rebate quantity requirements, we will deduct the mold cost in your next order.
A: We have passed Sedex Audit, TUV certificate， which enables businesses to assess their sites and suppliers to understand working conditions in their supply chain.
A: We have passed the Environmental Assessment Certification of Zhejiang Province, which is an environmental audit initiated and supervised by the government.
A: Our company attaches great importance to the protection of R&D and original intellectual property rights. Up to now, we have obtained many product appearance patents and functional utility patent certificates.
A: We have accepted factory inspection audits from third party companies which initiated by our self and some international well-known brand customers. We have obtained the following audit qualification certifications, such as BSCI (business social standards) Certification, Sedex Certification, TUV Certificate, ISO9001-2015 Quality Management System Certificate and so on.
A: We arrange workers who are responsible for the daily cleaning and storage of the moulds. For daily maintenance, we keep them rust-proof, dust-proof, anti-deformation, and always make sure to keep them at a sturdy proprietary shelf. Also, we will regularly replace moulds which are not suitable for further work. For example, the normal service life of tubing joint mold is 10,000 times. We will replace these molds with new ones once they reach such use.
A: We strictly enforce SOP in production. For example, products will enter the market after the following process, such as develop process flow card/open mould, product test, blanking, pickling or water polishing, machining center rough and finish, external inspection debarring, polishing, oxidation, finished product complete inspection, installation, packaging, warehousing and so on...
A: The quality assurance period of our products is within 1 year leaves the factory or 5000km’s use.
A: Our quality testing machine adopts the industry-wide testing standards. For example, Brinell hardness tester, tubing high and low pressure testing equipment, Fahrenheit hardness testing equipment, sealing performance testing equipment, spring positive and negative pressure testing equipment, balance testing equipment and so on.
A: Follow strict quality control procedures, products from raw material to finished ones have quality assurance the whole journey. They have to go through the following process, such as incoming quality control → process quality control → finished product quality control.
A: We have a systematic and detailed system of documents for the specification of the various processes of quality control specifications.such as Process Guidance, Contract Inspection Code, Process Inspection Code, Finished Product Inspection Code, Non-Conforming Product Control Procedures, Batch-by-batch Inspection Code, Corrective and Preventive Management Procedures.
A: The warranty period is 1 year or 5000 km.
